  • Free Worldwide Shipping: Every doll order includes free delivery via FedEx or UPS.
  • Photo Approval First: We only ship your doll after you approve the high-quality factory photos of your actual doll.
  • Tracking: Once shipped, your tracking code will be provided within 2-3 business days.
  • Discreet Pickup: If you prefer not to receive the doll at home, we can arrange delivery to a local FedEx Office (USA) or DHL/UPS Access Point for private pickup.

šŸŒ Import Taxes & Duties

For most of our customers, the price you see is the final price. We pre-pay import duties, taxes, and VAT for the majority of countries.

Excluded Countries (Taxes NOT pre-paid): Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Romania, Malta, and Canada.
Note: Customs fees for these regions typically range between $100–$200. We will assist you with all necessary paperwork to make the clearance process as smooth as possible.

Please ensure your decision is final before placing an order. Because production begins almost immediately, order cancellations incur a $150 payment processing fee.

Need a change? If you want to change the hair color, eye color, or even the doll model, we can modify your order for FREE without any cancellation fees.

Product quality is our top priority. Every doll is inspected and tested before leaving the factory. However, if your doll arrives with a defect or shipping damage:

      • Report it: Contact [email protected]Ā within 48 hours with photos.
      • Minor Damage: We can issue a partial refund or send a free repair kit so you can keep the doll without the hassle of shipping it back.
      • Major Defects: If a full refund is required, the doll must be unused and shipped back to the factory at the customer’s expense.
