This doll has had her hair, makeup, clothing, and accessories bought and styled by the photographer. The same exact wig and clothing are not included! When a doll is purchased, the package includes the following:
- the doll
- 1 wig (similar to the photoshoot pictures)

- 1 cleaning device
- 1 pair of handling gloves
- 1 comb
- 1 USB heating stick
- 1 simple lingerie (the outfit is different from the one in the pictures).

We offer free shipping Worldwide by plane (FedEx or UPS). The price is final – all taxes and import duties are paid by us (excluding: Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Romania, Malta, Canada, Australia, UK, and New Zealand). There may be additional shipping costs if delivering to very remote locations (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other Islands).

SHIPPING TIME

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Every manufactured doll is thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure high quality before shipping. We always share the doll’s photos from the factory with the buyer. Only with customer’s approval do we start the shipment process.
We offer refunds/replacements if the product is damaged or defective on arrival or if the product is not what you approved.
If the doll arrives and you require a refund, the doll has to be unused. We do not cover the shipping costs of shipping the doll back to the factory. However, we do provide glue, advice, replacement heads, and bodies when possible, and if the damage is severe.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Before placing an order, please make sure you’ve made up your mind! Order cancellations incur a $150 payment processing fee!
If there are changes you’d like to make, change the customization of the doll or switch to a different doll altogether, that is absolutely fine. We can do that by modifying the original order and avoiding the cancellation and the cancellation fee.

Zari with GE57Z_2 head and GD17Z head. She’s so cute and Tenderdolls gave me an awesome price for her. I was skeptical about the prices at first because, they’re cheaper than other sites. Oliver will take care of you so don’t hesitate to ask any question. I asked every question I could think of. They won’t try to push a product on you aren’t satisfied with. I was even recommended not to make hasty decisions and buy something I wasn’t sure about. I will definitely be coming back to annoy the crap out of Oliver again with my questions. Check out the pictures of my honey. I call her Iris now.
Absolutely gorgeous. This is the GE57Z_2 head with the Zari body. She’s pretty heavy so be aware of the weight. The realism and craftsmanship is exquisite. There are some seamlines but it’s pretty easy to cover them up. The joints are stiff so it takes some work to pose but it’s better than them flopping around. The wrists don’t seem to rotate or I havent figured out how to do it. Soft belly and soft vagina seem to included. It’s absolutely fascinating how human she looks. Contrary to the pictures she actually has very nice curves. Breasts feel nice and soft. Pictures just can’t seem to capture them correctly. She feels amazing as well. I wish more people would post reviews.
