Getting my first doll was an anxious experience has I has no knowledge of dolls in general. Luckily I found this store. While I was cautious at first wondering the legitimacy of this store as it’s not on the list of the confirmed doll vendors on the doll forums. I can confirm that this store is 100% legit.
It is no exaggeration when I say that this was probably the best customer service I have ever received buying product. Oliver was extremely friendly and answered every single concern I had with the doll and how to take care of it. They even added new features to the site to make my purchase easier.
I got Kasumi and she looks pretty incredible. She was a lot cheaper from Tenderdolls than all the other sites that her. I pretty much saved £300 that’s including that I bought extra wigs and eyes with it. The shipping was also free, which was great ordering outside the United States.
The only downside I have with this doll itself is that it’s a bit too heavy for me personally to handle. So I recommend getting a lighter doll you’re capable of handling.
If you’re still unsure like I was, then just gave them an email before you make a purchase, and just ask them, tell them all of your concerns. Their site has a pretty helpful FAQ too.

Also, it’s awesome to hear that your Kasumi has managed to fulfill the high expectations that were set by the great photoshoot that Kasumi had. For anyone owning a Sino doll, I’d also recommend checking out Kaiiabb on twitter (https://twitter.com/kaiiabb?lang=en) and his S30 162cm doll which proves that one head and one body can go far if you’re ready to switch the wigs up and buy different, cool clothing!
As for her weight, I’d personally recommend lighter dolls for anyone looking into owning one. However, obviously, you have to reach a compromise – light enough so it would be easy to handle, but with enough curves to be pretty!

I am not sure how I happened upon Tenderdolls, but I can not be happier with my experience.
I was in touch with a single representative who was always exceedingly courteous, kind, gracious, as well as prompt in replying to me and keeping me updated throughout the entire process after I had decided on the doll maker and girls I wanted. I am very pleased with my order, Kasumi is perfect especially with R+S effect, no matter what it’s rubbing off, I was shocked how realistic she is and it’s amazing.
