RETURNS & REFUNDS

Each doll undergoes a thorough inspection and testing process to ensure top-notch quality before shipping.
We share photos of your doll from the factory, and only upon your approval does the shipment begin.

Refunds or replacements are available if the product arrives damaged, defective,
or significantly different from what you approved.

If a refund is requested, the doll must remain unused. While we do not cover return shipping costs,
we offer glue, advice, replacement heads, or bodies if possible for minor damages.

The doll i bought is so amazing and it’s worth the money what I put into it.She so life looking and beautiful.The only one problem i have with her is i can’t get her body too stand up right keeps falling over for some reason but part from that she great ??
