all taxes and import duties are covered by us
(excluding: Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Romania, Malta, Canada, Australia, UK, and New Zealand).

Note: Additional shipping costs may apply for deliveries to very remote locations
such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other islands.

SHIPPING TIME

⚠ Before shipment, you will receive factory photos of your doll. Shipping begins only after your approval.

Below is the latest estimated shipping timetable. Please note: final delivery time is
manufacturing time + shipping time.

• United States, Canada: 10–14 days
• Europe, Russia: 25–30 days
• United Kingdom: 15–25 days
• Asia, Australia, New Zealand: 7–10 days

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Each doll undergoes a thorough inspection and testing process to ensure top-notch quality before shipping.
We share photos of your doll from the factory, and only upon your approval does the shipment begin.

Refunds or replacements are available if the product arrives damaged, defective,
or significantly different from what you approved.

If a refund is requested, the doll must remain unused. While we do not cover return shipping costs,
we offer glue, advice, replacement heads, or bodies if possible for minor damages.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please finalize your decision before placing an order!
Order cancellations incur a $150 payment processing fee.

If you’d like to modify your doll’s customization or switch to a different doll, that’s perfectly fine.
We can update your original order, helping you avoid cancellations and any fees.
