This doll has had her hair, makeup, clothing, and accessories bought and styled by the photographer. The same exact wig and clothing are not included! When a doll is purchased, the package includes the following:

- 1 tool to help adjusting eyes
- 1 metal hook to hang the doll for storage

We offer free worldwide shipping via FedEx or UPS. The price you see is final –
all taxes and import duties are covered by us

Note: Additional shipping costs may apply for deliveries to very remote locations
such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other islands.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Each doll undergoes a thorough inspection and testing process to ensure top-notch quality before shipping.
We share photos of your doll from the factory, and only upon your approval does the shipment begin.
Refunds or replacements are available if the product arrives damaged, defective,
or significantly different from what you approved.
If a refund is requested, the doll must remain unused. While we do not cover return shipping costs,
we offer glue, advice, replacement heads, or bodies if possible for minor damages.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Need changes to your order? We’re happy to help you adjust customizations or switch products entirely to make sure you’re fully satisfied.
However, please note that complete cancellations, incur a $150 processing fee due to associated payment and manufacturing costs.

She feels really stiff sometimes especially around the legs on her waist. I don’t know if that’s normal but I’ve come to the conclusion that it might just be normal for Dolls so i guess no worries lol
Also she seems kind of smaller than what she looked like on the website but maybe i’m just imagining things.
I’ve bought some clothes on Amazon for her so once I find the right set I’ll upload a photo for you all.
