This doll has had her hair, makeup, clothing, and accessories bought and styled by the photographer. The wig and clothing are not included! When a doll is purchased, the package includes the following:
- the doll
- 1 wig (similar to the photoshoot pictures)
- 1 eye set
- 1 blanket
- 1 connection bolts
- 1 metal hanging hook
- 1 pair of handling gloves
- 1 comb
- 1 simple short socks
- 1 simple pink dress (the outfit is different from the one in the pictures).

We offer free worldwide shipping via FedEx or UPS. The price you see is final –
all taxes and import duties are covered by us
(excluding: Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Romania, Malta, Canada, Australia, UK, and New Zealand).
Note: Additional shipping costs may apply for deliveries to very remote locations
such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other islands.

SHIPPING TIME

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Each doll undergoes a thorough inspection and testing process to ensure top-notch quality before shipping.
We share photos of your doll from the factory, and only upon your approval does the shipment begin.
Refunds or replacements are available if the product arrives damaged, defective,
or significantly different from what you approved.
If a refund is requested, the doll must remain unused. While we do not cover return shipping costs,
we offer glue, advice, replacement heads, or bodies if possible for minor damages.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Need changes to your order? We’re happy to help you adjust customizations or switch products entirely to make sure you’re fully satisfied.
However, please note that complete cancellations, incur a $150 processing fee due to associated payment and manufacturing costs.
