RETURNS & REFUNDS

We share photos of your doll from the factory, and only upon your approval does the shipment begin.

Refunds or replacements are available if the product arrives damaged, defective,
or significantly different from what you approved.

If a refund is requested, the doll must remain unused. While we do not cover return shipping costs,
we offer glue, advice, replacement heads, or bodies if possible for minor damages.

However, please note that complete cancellations, incur a $150 processing fee due to associated payment and manufacturing costs.

You get what your order, there is no deception or trickery. Shipping was in the time frame they said it was. The doll arrived in-tacked with all her accessories and most importantly Oliver the customer service rep was and does a fantastic job. He helps and guides you from step 1 to the arrival and then some.
So its not just about the product that is 100% what you read and see but Oliver’s customer service is impeccable!
