    Choose what Head your Doll will have

    Select the head that you want your doll to have. This option is free. Also you can click the small blue magnifying glass icon on the bottom right of the pictures to zoom.

    Choose Skin color

    Select a skin tone for your doll. Only two options are available: white and tan. When you select this option, the head and body will be manufactured in the same color. 

    Choose Hairstyle

    Please select the main wig you want to be included with your doll. If you want extra wigs, don't worry, there will be an option for extra wigs further down in the customization. 

    Choose Eyes

    Select which eyes you'd like your doll to have. We can make the doll to have different eyes for the Left and Right eye sockets, for example, left eye can be blue, while the right one - red and so on.

    Choose mouth shape
    Feet Type

    Please choose a feet option for your doll. The "standing feet" option, which we recommend, allows your doll to stand on her own for prolonged periods of time. Dolls with "non-standing feet" cannot stand on their own. This option does not cost extra.

    Improved Skeleton

    Click "Select Wigs" icon for the list to appear.

    Additional Wigs (Multiple)

    Choose additional Aotume wigs. You can select multiple wigs, but they cost extra. Wig which you chose at the start of the customization area will be already included for free.

    Click "Extra Eye Sets" for the list to appear.

    In this section you can select multiple additional eye sets for extra cost. The eye set you chose at the start of the customization area, will be included with your doll for free.

Aotume is a new doll manufacturer with the factories situated in mainland China. This manufacturer specifically targets the anime lover niche. Their dolls are made from TPE  which makes them lighter and more affordable than the silicone counterparts. Also Aotume offers vast majority of heads, eyes and wigs which allows you to create your own perfect Anime waifu!

We offer free shipping Worldwide by plane (FedEx or UPS). The price is final – all taxes and import duties are paid by us (excluding: Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Romania, Malta, Canada, Australia, UK and New Zealand). There may be additional shipping costs if delivering to very remote locations (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or other Islands).

SHIPPING TIME

âš  Before the doll is shipped, you will receive pictures of her from the factory. Only with your approval, the shipping process starts.

Below you can see the latest shipping timetable to various regions around the world. Keep in mind, that this is only the shipping time. The final delivery time is manufacturing time + shipping time.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Every manufactured doll is thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure high quality before shipping. We always share the doll’s photos from the factory with the buyer. Only with customer’s approval do we start the shipment process. We offer refunds/replacements if the product is damaged or defective on arrival or if the product is not what you approved.

If the doll arrives and you require a refund, the doll has to be unused. We do not cover the shipping costs of shipping the doll back to the factory. However, we do provide glue, advice, replacement heads, bodies when possible and if the damage is severe.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Before placing an order, please make sure you’ve made up your mind! Order cancellations incur a $150 payment processing fee!If there are changes you’d like to make, change the customization of the doll or switch to a different doll altogether, that is absolutely fine. We can do that by modifying the original order and avoiding the cancellation and the cancellation fee.
