all taxes and import duties are covered by us

such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other islands.

SHIPPING TIME

⚠ Before shipment, you will receive factory photos of your doll. Shipping begins only after your approval.

Below is the latest estimated shipping timetable. Please note: final delivery time is
manufacturing time + shipping time.

• Europe, Russia: 25–30 days
• United Kingdom: 15–25 days
• Asia, Australia, New Zealand: 7–10 days

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Each doll undergoes a thorough inspection and testing process to ensure top-notch quality before shipping.
We share photos of your doll from the factory, and only upon your approval does the shipment begin.

Refunds or replacements are available if the product arrives damaged, defective,
or significantly different from what you approved.

If a refund is requested, the doll must remain unused. While we do not cover return shipping costs,
we offer glue, advice, replacement heads, or bodies if possible for minor damages.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Need changes to your order? We’re happy to help you adjust customizations or switch products entirely to make sure you’re fully satisfied.

However, please note that complete cancellations, incur a $150 processing fee due to associated payment and manufacturing costs.
