We offer free worldwide shipping via FedEx or UPS. The price you see is final – all taxes and import duties are covered by us.

SHIPPING TIME

⚠ Factory Photos: You will receive photos of your doll for approval before shipment begins.

Estimated delivery (excluding manufacturing):

• USA & Canada: 10–14 days
• Europe & Russia: 25–30 days
• United Kingdom: 15–25 days
• Asia & Australia: 7–10 days

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refunds or replacements are available if the product arrives damaged or differs from the photos you approved.

If a refund is requested, the doll must remain unused. For minor issues, we provide replacement parts and professional repair advice.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We are happy to help you adjust customizations at any time. However, complete cancellations incur a $150 processing fee to cover manufacturing setup and transaction costs.
