    Skin Color

    Please choose a skin tone for your doll. Select "As in photos" to leave the skin tone as it was in the product pictures.

    Choose Eye Color

    If you want to change the eye color of your doll, please select your favorite one from the list below. By default the doll will have same eye color as in her pictures. This option does not cost extra. If you want multiple eye sets, you will be able to choose them further down the customization area.

    Mouth Type

    Choose between "textured" and "fixed" mouth options. Textured mouth is a simple textured orifice, whereas fixed mouth is more realistic as it has a tongue inside.

    Breast Type

    Please select your desired breast type. By default we absolutely recommend hollow breast option. You can also choose less squishy solid option or a new "gel breast" option where breasts are filled with gel to make them super squishy and soft.

    Areola Size

    In this area, you can adjust the size of the doll's areolas (circle size around the nipples). You can leave "As in photos" to match the areola size to the doll's product pictures.

    Areola color

    Please select your desired areola color. Click "As in photos" to leave the areola color as it was in the product pictures.

    Vagina Type

    Please select whether you would like a fixed vagina or removable vagina with your doll.

    Labia Color

    Please select your preferred labia color. Select "As in photos" to match the labia color to the product pictures.

    Pubic Hair

    Please select this option if you want your doll to have pubic hair. Genitals without pubic hair do not cost extra. When you select a pubic hair style, a new option will appear to choose it's color.

    Pubic Hair Color

    By default, the pubic hair color is black. However, you can change them to be brown or blonde aswell.

    Skeleton Type

    The shrugging skeleton unlike regular skeleton, allows your doll to shrug her shoulders. You can also make your doll come with finger joints and loose joints. Click the small blue magnifying glass icon to enlarge the images.

    Feet Type

    Please choose a feet option for your doll. The "standing feet" option, which we recommend, allows your doll to stand on her own for prolonged periods of time. Dolls with "non-standing feet" cannot stand on their own. This option does not cost extra.

    Extra Functions/Upgrades (Multiple)
    Please select if you would like any upgrades for your doll. Click the blue question mark under the option picture to see a more detailed explanation.
    Select Accessories (Multiple)
    Please select any additional options for your doll. These include a "USB heating rod", "tongue addon", "shemale attachment kit" to make your doll a shemale with an insert-able penis insert. "Hook kit" and "hard cover case" for easier and safer storage.
    Teeth & Tongue Inserts

    A third party teeth set. This accessory will allow your doll to have realistic looking teeth. This accessory include various teeth sets and several different tongues. Keep in mind, that non-enhanced mouth option is recommended and that oral sex is not possible while they are inserted. Click small magnifying glass icon to enlarge the pictures.

    Piercings

    Choose whether you want your doll to have piercings. You can choose between two nipple piercings or one belly button piercing. 

    Outfits

    Choose whether you want us to include any outfits for your doll.

    *Include extra wigs?

    Click "Select Wigs" icon for the list to appear.

    Additional Wigs (Multiple)

    Choose additional WM Doll wigs. You can select multiple wigs, but they cost extra. Wig which you chose at the start of the customization area will be already included for free. 

    *Include extra eye sets?

    Click "Extra Eye Sets" for the list to appear.

    Extra Eye sets (Multiple)

    In this section you can select multiple additional eye sets for extra cost. The eye set you chose at the start of the customization area, will be included with your doll for free.

    Include an extra head?

    Choose an extra head that will be added to your order. The main head that you've selected before, will already be included in the package.

    Select your 2nd head (select only one)

    Click a picture of the second head you want to be included with your doll as well. The skin tone of the second head will match the skin tone of the original head and body.

SHIPPING & TAXES

We offer free shipping Worldwide by plane (FedEx or UPS). The price is final – all taxes and import duties are paid by us (excluding: Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Romania, Malta, Canada, Australia, UK and New Zealand). There may be additional shipping costs if delivering to very remote locations (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or other Islands).

All packaging is discreet, there are no labels, markings or logos of Tenderdolls or the manufacturer as seen in the picture below: shipment box

SHIPPING TIME

⚠ Before the doll is shipped, you will receive pictures of her from the factory. Only with your approval, the shipping process starts.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Every manufactured doll is thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure high quality before shipping. We always share the doll’s photos from the factory with the buyer. Only with customer’s approval do we start the shipment process. We offer refunds/replacements if the product is damaged or defective on arrival or if the product is not what you approved.

If the doll arrives and you require a refund, the doll has to be unused. We do not cover the shipping costs of shipping the doll back to the factory. However, we do provide glue, advice, replacement heads, bodies when possible and if the damage is severe.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Before placing an order, please make sure you’ve made up your mind! Order cancellations incur a $150 payment processing fee!If there are changes you’d like to make, change the customization of the doll or switch to a different doll altogether, that is absolutely fine. We can do that by modifying the original order and avoiding the cancellation and the cancellation fee.
