All the clothing pieces, including this one have to be pre-washed in order to avoid the excess dyes leaching and staining the doll’s skin. We recommend washing this clothing piece on the longest cycle of the washing machine and the hottest cycle the clothing label allows.
Be careful with dark, tight fitting clothing and wash them on 2 – 3 full cotton washing machine cycles to make sure the dyes come off. On first fitting, check regularly if the clothing is not staining the doll’s skin.

Every manufactured doll is thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure high quality before shipping. We always share the doll’s photos from the factory with the buyer. Only with customer’s approval do we start the shipment process.
We offer refunds/replacements if the product is damaged or defective on arrival or if the product is not what you approved.
If the doll arrives and you require a refund, the doll has to be unused. We do not cover the shipping costs of shipping the doll back to the factory. However, we do provide glue, advice, replacement heads, and bodies when possible, and if the damage is severe.
Before placing an order, please make sure you’ve made up your mind! Order cancellations incur a $150 payment processing fee!
If there are changes you’d like to make, change the customization of the doll or switch to a different doll altogether, that is absolutely fine. We can do that by modifying the original order and avoiding the cancellation and the cancellation fee.
