    Head material

    GameLady now offers a possibility of choosing a soft head or a hard head. Soft heads are made from softer material and includes oral sex possibility. Hard heads do not have oral orifices. However, hard head can have their hair implanted.

    Would you like your doll to have Implanted hair?

    Implanted hair makes the doll look more realistic, however, wigs are also good since they are easy to swap. The hairstyle comes as seen in the photoshoot pictures. Selecting implanted hair removes oral orifice and oral sex possibility.

    Eyebrows & Eyelashes

    The implanted eyebrows and implanted eyelashes are free for all the Game Lady orders. They are a premium option over non-implanted hair as they are much more realistic than painted on or glued on hair.

    Skin Color

    Please choose a skin tone for your doll. Select "As in photos" to leave the skin tone as it was in the product pictures. Click small magnifying glass icon on the bottom right to enlarge images.

    Areola Color

    Please choose the color of areolas for your doll.

    Feet Type

    Please choose a feet option for your doll. The "standing feet" option, which we recommend, allows your doll to stand on her own for prolonged periods of time. Dolls with "non-standing feet" cannot stand on their own. This option does not cost extra.

    Vagina color

    Please choose the color of the vagina for your doll.

    Pubic Hair

    Please select this option if you want your doll to have pubic hair. Genitals without pubic hair do not cost extra. When you select a pubic hair style, a new option will appear to choose it's color.

    By default, the pubic hair color is black. However, you can change them to be brown or blonde aswell.

    Improved Skeleton

    The shrugging skeleton unlike regular skeleton, allows your doll to shrug her shoulders. You can also make your doll come with finger joints and loose joints. Click the small blue magnifying glass icon to enlarge the images.

We offer free shipping Worldwide by plane (FedEx or UPS). The price is final – all taxes and import duties are paid by us (excluding: Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Romania, Malta, Canada, Australia, UK and New Zealand). There may be additional shipping costs if delivering to very remote locations (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or other Islands).

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Every manufactured doll is thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure high quality before shipping. We always share the doll’s photos from the factory with the buyer. Only with customer’s approval do we start the shipment process. We offer refunds/replacements if the product is damaged or defective on arrival or if the product is not what you approved.

If the doll arrives and you require a refund, the doll has to be unused. We do not cover the shipping costs of shipping the doll back to the factory. However, we do provide glue, advice, replacement heads, bodies when possible and if the damage is severe.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Before placing an order, please make sure you’ve made up your mind! Order cancellations incur a $150 payment processing fee!If there are changes you’d like to make, change the customization of the doll or switch to a different doll altogether, that is absolutely fine. We can do that by modifying the original order and avoiding the cancellation and the cancellation fee.
